Civica is committed to working in a politically non-partisan way to:

• Help citizens’ organizations engage their members and supporters, effectively communicate their messages on public policy issues, influence government decision-making and generally maximize their political impact.
  
• Aid governments to meaningfully engage citizens and citizen-based organizations in public policy development and respond productively to citizens’ advocacy.
